Jason Statham is back as Adam Clay, and this time the enemy is closer than ever in The Beekeeper 2. The official trailer for the action sequel reveals a new threat that forces the former operative to confront the very organization that trained him, setting the stage for another explosive big-screen showdown.
Clay returns to action when the Beekeeper organization goes rogue and launches a plan to seize control of the government. With the group’s influence growing, Clay finds himself fighting against a powerful network that knows his methods, understands his strengths, and may be better equipped than anyone to stop him. The new premise shifts the franchise’s conflict inward, turning a once-secret organization into the target of its most dangerous former member.
Timo Tjahjanto, known for Nobody 2, The Shadow Strays, and The Night Comes for Us, directs the sequel from a screenplay by Kurt Wimmer and Zak Penn.
The returning franchise lead is joined by Pom Klementieff, Jemma Redgrave, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Adam Copeland, and Bobby Naderi, while Yara Shahidi and Jeremy Irons also appear in the cast.
The first film established Clay as a relentless fighter operating outside the law to deliver his own brand of justice. The sequel raises the stakes by putting his skills and loyalty to the ultimate test.
The Beekeeper 2 opens exclusively in theaters on January 15, 2027, bringing Statham back for another round of high-stakes action and revenge.
