Mark Dacascos just wrapped his work on Operation Rogue

Mark Dacascos just wrapped his work on Operation Rogue movie in Philippines with reat Williams, Joe Suba, and Sofia Pernas. Guess what? He plays a “good” guy in the film!

Mark: “I’ve had the pleasure of filming with Mr. Treat Williams for the last two days. He’s awesome; super talented and just a stellar human being. It was an honor and joy to work with him. I thank the Filipino and American cast and crew of Op Rogue for working hard and sharing their smiles. I thank the people I met in Manila, Cavite, Ternate, and Tarlac, for being so kind to me. I will miss the lovely people of the Philippines.”

I am very big fan of Mark, he is a very talented actor and a world renowned martial artist undeservedly forgotten by Hollywood/Asian producers and filmmakers for 10 years. After such movies as Only the Strong, Crying Freeman, Drive, Brotherhood of the Wolf, Cradle 2 the Grave he was filming in TV series and VOD movies trying to find his ground.

It was a big relief to hear that Kevin Tancharoen invited Mark to play Kung Lao in Mortal Kombat Legacy season 2 web series. 3 years before, in 2010, Mark was invited to play a bad guy Wo Fat in Hawaii Five-0 tv series and looked stunning in this role making a lot of troubles to lead characters.

Everything’s going well and there are two new projects on Mark’s list: adventure movie To Have and to Hold and action thriller Trial of Arms.

Hey producers and filmmakers, wake up, Mark is waiting for your call!

Mark was considered for the role of Bruce Lee in the movie Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story (1993). He speaks English, German, basic Mandarin and French. Trained in Wun Hop Huen Do and Chin Na, Shui Jao, Tai Chi and Capoeira. He met his wife Julie Condra during the shooting of Crying Freeman (1995) where they fittingly played a couple falling in love. They have two sons, Makoa and Kapono, and a daughter, Noelani.
