The story is set in a locked-down megacity where reality is optional. When his girlfriend Teresa vanishes inside an advanced immersion capsule, Martin has no choice but to plug into the very world he has always run from.
Her trail leads into the darknet, where Teresa is trapped inside a brutal, hyper-realistic game. To find her, Martin must learn to survive by the game’s rules, and he will have to face a truth that questions the meaning of salvation and free will.
