A decades-old covert mission resurfaces in a new international spy thriller directed by Dani de la Torre. The story of Zeta begins with the coordinated assassination of five former Spanish spies, all of whom took part in a secret operation in Colombia years earlier. Killed simultaneously in different parts of the world, their deaths signal that someone is closing unfinished business.
As panic spreads through intelligence circles, a Spanish operative is tasked with tracking down a former agent connected to the original mission. At the same time, a determined Colombian agent is also on his trail, each pursuing their own version of the truth. As the hunt unfolds across borders, long-buried secrets begin to surface, revealing the hidden cost of past operations and the fragile alliances they left behind.
The film is directed by Dani de la Torre, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Oriol Paulo and Jordi Vallejo. Mario Casas leads the cast, alongside Mariela Garriga, Nora Navas, and Luis Zahera.
Produced by Fonte Films under Pablo Isla, with Carla Perez Albéniz and Fátima Dapena serving as executive producers, the thriller blends political intrigue with personal reckoning. Amazon Prime Video will release the film globally on March 20, 2026.
