The Gentleman season 2

The Gentleman returns in season 2

Guy Ritchie is taking The Gentlemen international. Netflix has unveiled the first look at Season 2, confirming that Theo James will return as Eddie Horniman when the hit crime series premieres on September 3. This time, the stakes are much higher as Eddie sets his sights on expanding his criminal empire beyond Britain and into the dangerous world of the Italian mafia.

A year has passed since Eddie reluctantly inherited his aristocratic estate and discovered the massive cannabis operation hidden beneath it. Having formed a profitable alliance with Susie Glass (Kaya Scodelario) and her imprisoned father Bobby (Ray Winstone), Eddie has fully embraced life as an ambitious crime boss. According to executive producer Matthew Read, Eddie now wants “more”—and that ambition leads him straight to Italy.

Season 2 follows Eddie and Susie as they quietly establish a foothold in the Italian underworld. Their plans soon attract the attention of Marco Moretti (Sergio Castellitto), a ruthless and sophisticated mafia leader, while the unpredictable fixer Cico Maldini (Michele Morrone) proves that not everyone offering help can be trusted.

Packed with Guy Ritchie’s trademark blend of stylish dialogue, sharp humor, and explosive criminal intrigue, The Gentlemen Season 2 promises bigger locations, more dangerous enemies, and an even bloodier battle for power when it arrives exclusively on Netflix this September.
