A dangerous rescue mission, haunted operatives, and explosive combat are at the heart of The Fix, the new action thriller from director Guy Moshe. Inaugural Entertainment has released the film’s first trailer, offering a tense look at a story that blends military action with the emotional scars left behind by war.
The film stars Zachary Levi as Tucker, the leader of a fractured team of former CIA operatives still struggling with the consequences of a disastrous mission in Afghanistan. Guided by veteran intelligence officer Larry, played by Liam Neeson, the group is given one final opportunity to redeem themselves. Their mission takes them deep into hostile territory in Tehran, Iran, where they must carry out a daring rescue operation against overwhelming odds.
The trailer showcases intense urban firefights, covert infiltration, and high-pressure tactical action while hinting that the team’s greatest challenge may come from their own guilt and fractured trust. Rather than relying solely on explosions and gun battles, The Fix appears to place equal emphasis on the psychological burden carried by soldiers long after the mission ends.
Joining Levi and Neeson is a strong supporting cast that includes Bosch star Titus Welliver, Quincy Isaiah, Wes Chatham, Jake Choi, Augusto Aguilera, Navid Negahban, and Elnaaz Norouzi.
Known for his visually distinctive filmmaking, Guy Moshe looks to deliver a grounded espionage thriller packed with suspense, action, and difficult moral choices. If the first trailer is any indication, The Fix aims to stand apart from typical CIA thrillers by focusing on both the cost of war and the possibility of redemption.
The Fix arrives in cinemas nationwide on 11 September 2026, giving action fans another tactical thriller to add to their watchlist this autumn.
