Global espionage is back on the agenda as Citadel returns for a high-stakes second season, premiering May 6 on Prime Video.
Led by Richard Madden, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Stanley Tucci, the seven-episode season dives deeper into a world of shadowy alliances and global conspiracies. The trio reprise their roles as elite agents Mason Kane, Nadia Sinh, and Bernard Orlick – operatives of the once-powerful Citadel agency, destroyed by the sinister organization Manticore.
This time, a terrifying new threat forces them out of hiding. To stop a conspiracy that could reshape humanity, they must assemble an unlikely team and launch a globe-spanning mission that pushes them to their limits.
Returning cast members include Lesley Manville and Ashleigh Cummings, joined by newcomers like Jack Reynor and Matt Berry.
Produced by Amazon MGM Studios and the Russo Brothers’ AGBO, the series continues its cinematic approach to TV storytelling.
Despite the momentum, international spin-offs — including the Indian and Italian chapters — have been cancelled, putting full focus on the flagship series.
