The Lion Gate company presents the new DTV martial arts movie named Black Cobra with T. J. Scott and Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa. Actually I have not seen T. J. Storm for ages, but glad to see he finally got his main role in the movie. Fans can remember him by Mortal Kombat or Conan TV Series in 90s, but last years he was busy to work on video games such as Street Fighter, UFC Undisputed 3, Splinter Cell, Resident Evil 5, Devil May Cry 4 etc. I do not need to tell you about Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, everybody knows Shang Tsung.
Storyline: One man travels across country, smuggling illegal black diamonds to sell in order to pay for his father’s pardon in South Africa. When he arrives to the United States to finalize what appeared to be a simple transaction he is soon double-crossed and becomes caught up in a contraband forcing him to overcome an opponent far more lethal and deadlier than he has ever met.
Funny stuff, just noticed they have got an actor Richard Dorton, do not take him for the famous martial artist Richard Norton, who is currently working on the Spartacus TV Series as a guest star.
