One of the longest-running action franchises in modern cinema is gearing up for another mission as Sniper: No Nation prepares to mark the series’ 12th installment.
The saga began in 1993 with the original Sniper, starring Tom Berenger and Billy Zane, and has continued for more than three decades with a steady stream of tactical action thrillers.
Chad Michael Collins returns as Marine Sgt. Brandon Beckett, who has led the franchise since 2011, alongside legacy star Tom Berenger as his father, Master Gunnery Sergeant Thomas Beckett. In the new film, Brandon finds himself disavowed and hunted, forcing him to rely on his father and trusted allies to survive.
The story centers on a high-risk rescue mission in Venezuela after close comrades are taken hostage, drawing Brandon and Agent Zero into another off-the-books operation. As the mission unfolds, the team faces overwhelming odds without official support, turning the operation into a fight for survival as much as a tactical extraction.
Directed by Trevor Calverley, the film leans into the franchise’s trademark mix of military strategy, sniper combat, and straightforward action storytelling.
Sniper: No Nation is scheduled to debut on digital platforms and DVD on April 7, 2026, continuing the series’ legacy of no-nonsense, mission-focused action.
