The Northman is described as a Viking revenge film that will be set in Iceland at the turn of the 10th Century. It stars Alexander Skarsgard, Anya Taylor-Joy, Nicole Kidman, Ethan Hawke, Willem Dafoe, and singer-songwriter Bjork.
The movie is directed by Eggers and produced by Lars Knudson and Mark Huffam.
