Mobland season 2

Tom Hardy returns in a second season of Mobland

The battle for London’s criminal underworld is far from over. Paramount+ has officially confirmed that MobLand Season 2 will premiere on September 18, bringing back Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, Helen Mirren, and the rest of the powerhouse cast for another explosive chapter of the British crime saga.

The new 10-episode season finds the Harrigan family, rulers of North London’s most powerful crime empire, teetering on the edge of an all-out civil war. As internal betrayals threaten to destroy the organization from within, rival gangs begin circling, eager to seize control. Standing between total chaos and complete collapse is Harry Da Souza (Tom Hardy), the Harrigans’ trusted fixer, whose loyalty and ruthless instincts will be tested like never before.

Fans also received encouraging news behind the scenes. Reports indicate Hardy is now expected to return for a third season after resolving previous differences with the show’s producers during a recent meeting in London, ensuring the acclaimed actor remains at the heart of the franchise.

Created by Ronan Bennett and executive produced by Guy Ritchie and Jez Butterworth, MobLand also stars Paddy Considine, Joanne Froggatt, Lara Pulver, Toby Jones, Janet McTeer, and Johnny Flynn. With family loyalty crumbling and rival empires closing in, Season 2 promises another gripping blend of power, betrayal, and brutal crime drama.
