Here comes exciting news about Dolph Lundgren.
Giorgio Serafini is in talks to direct crime thriller Rush with Dolph Lundgren, “Expendables” Randy Couture and Vinnie Jones. Serafini known by his 2010 action the Game of Death with Wesley Snipes and Gary Daniels.
Dolph’s next project is Repeater where he will star alongside master of seven different black belts Michael Jai White mostly known by Undisputed 2 and Never Back Down 2. Dolph Lundgren posted the following on his website: “In March, I’ll be down in Mexico playing a South African bad-ass opposite Michael Jai White”. Plot: A noted Man-Hunter and Killer-for-hire, John James Smith, goes on a fateful mission to the dangerous underbelly of Tijuana, Mexico in search of the most feared man in the world.
Another project is sci-fi action Battle of the Damned where following a deadly viral outbreak, private military soldier Max Gatling leads a handful of survivors and a ragtag band of robots against an army of the infected.
Probably the most anticipated of his future movies is 3D adventure action Tomb of the Dragon where Dolph united with Scott Adkins for a team travel to China in search of what isn’t supposed to exist. The mission to capture a Cryptid which is wreaking havoc in a remote village and characters need to do this before it is killed by Harker, the legendary bounty hunter. The GFM films project, budgeted at $12,000,000, was shooting on location close to Beijing’s lake and reservoir district in Yi County since May to July 2012.
It will happen in 2013, but meanwhile big Swedish guy finished his work on The Package movie directed by Jesse V. Johnson where played alongside Steve Austin, Darren Shahlavi and Jerry Trimble. A story about a courier for a local crime lord must deliver a mysterious package while being chased by a horde of unusual gangsters.
